A regional center's USCIS designation does not mean USCIS, the SEC or any other agency has approved the investments it offers, and EB-5 investors are not guaranteed a visa.
The SEC and USCIS warn that a guarantee about the receipt or timing of a visa or green card is itself a warning sign of fraud.
