4x6 cmthe minimum graft size sales reps were told to order, even for smaller wounds
In an Arizona wound-graft case, the Justice Department says sales representatives were told to order grafts of 4x6 centimeters or larger even when wounds were much smaller, because it maximized insurer reimbursement.
The release says the grafts were applied to infected wounds, healed wounds and wounds that did not respond to treatment. Both defendants pleaded guilty.
